I’m Rachael one half of Core movement. I started working in the fitness industry at the age of 20 when I could be described as being extremely introverted and through fitness my largest personal growth has been my confidence,  I firmly believe that is the most important thing I can help others to achieve. I have worked in large commercial city centre gyms, local authority gyms and charity based  and am pleased to be able bring my experience in each of these settings together in space that reflects the style of training I love to deliver. I love all things legs and glutes, If you were to look for me in a gym you would usually find me hip thrusting.

I'm David, the other half of Core Movement, I've been part of the fitness industry for over 15 years and to be honest it's never felt like real work. Helping people push past their own self-limiting belief’s and reaching their goals is a special career, and one I've always felt privileged to be part of.  My own fitness background stems from a mix of weight training & mountaineering and I've been lucky enough to have summited 4 out 7 of the 7 summits. Each mountain comes with its own challenge but what I’ve learned the most is that having the right attitude is usually the biggest factor towards success.

Our business wouldn't exsist without the clients that we have trained over the last decade. From pre natel to marathons, strongwoman competitions to Hyrox, we've always had a diverse clientle, there is no goal too big or too small. We also love group challenges, over the years together with clients we've done 6 x Tough mudder , the 3 peaks challenge, Goat fell x 8, Cir Mhor, Cobbler x 2, the 3 sisters, Ben Nevis x 5, 10kms, 5kms, fun runs, sea dips, marathons & 100km sponsered cycles!
